When you think of youtube, what comes to your mind? Video sharing right! Well, Flickr is similar to youtube but for photos. Flickr is almost certainly the best online photo management and sharing application. It is owned by Yahoo so will be around for a while.

Flickr can be an extremely valuable (and dirt-cheap or free) tool for building relationships with people who are interested in your focus area, and for enabling them to find you and ultimately do business with you. Flickr albums frequently surface very high in Google search results.

Theresa Boardman, a realtor from St. Paul (her blog is www.stpaulrealestateblog.com is one of the frequently mentioned amongst real estate agent blogs) uses Flickr really to connect with her community very well. She has a post on her blog with the equipment she uses (http://stpaulphotos.com/test/equipment/) to create HDR pictures. Imagine building HDR into your pictures and sharing them through flickr! It deepens the relationships with your community. A good HDR picture says more than a 1000 words!

For the flexibility and organization available, the $25 Pro level is definitely the way to go with Flickr.
