Thanks Jajeev, I report to Andy Bardach in Relo and saw your presentation in December and it was game changing! I am hoping to learn some savy techniques to comunicate with agents and clients. I have gotten really good at running Agent Metrics to make my case for price reductions and getting offers accepted. I just used walkscore with a client to illustrate that a listing on a particular street is...how can I put this delicately.........."Low Demand"...LOL and am looking to learn more and will share info with my colleagues...Kathy
