Yes, I connect to my PC and download to the iPhone. However, Trend will not allow you to sign in using the iPhone because of the Safari browser. As a solution, I have created a short cut to the prufoxroach website. This way, I can look up active properties, while on the road with clients, to find info on available homes. The nice thing about our website is the quick seach tool at the top of the main page. Just put in a price range, a street name, zip or whatever and you can find an "active" property.

You can use either Vmware Fusion (preferred) or Parallel desktop for emulating PC programs. So any PC programs that do not run on a MAC install them under Fusion and you would be good. Fusion retails for $79.95
Don't feel like I have much time to spend on sites like this. However I am interested in spending some time here and getting to know this website.
