Using a MAC in Real Estate

This is for all you MAC lovers (I am one too but just seriously entrenched in a PC now to have the time to move over). Periodically, I get asked about using a MAC in real estate. Granted that most applications traditionally have been written for the PC first and then the MAC, however if there is ever a time to roll with your MAC it is now...

There are two competing pieces of software (Parallel Desktop and VMware Fusion 2) allow you to run Windows applications (Windows Internet Explorer etc.) on a MAC.
