Trulia is mobile
Trulia has launched its mobile application for phones and portable GPS systems. They use GPS technology to pinpoint your location and show all available homes for sale in the area and upcoming open houses. Check it out!

I was excited to see that they have a mobile version for the Blackberrry (which I have been on for quite some time). It defaulted to the map results which is limited on my Curve display (another reason to move to the Storm!!). But, once I switched to the list view, it works quite well. Very intuitive interface. For example, if it shows 6 properties on the screen, you can press 1 to see the first and so on....
The performance is slightly better than other mobile searches I have seen.

I've only tried it on the iphone but that inerface was very quick and easy. I'd be interested to try the gps as well. Once the open house info is displaying for our area, I think it will be very useful for home buyers
