The Pros and Cons of Facebook
Would love to hear your thoughts on "why" we are signing onto Facebook. Are we signing on for the adventure and excitement of meeting old, new, and familiar friends and acquaintances? I have been told from many that there are viruses involved because the site is open to all

This is the topic of the year and may be years to come. IMO, facebook is a tremendous platform to market yourself as a realtor if done right. We are working on providing a platform for our agents to leverage this and other social networks. At the end of the day, a primary business goal for a real estate agent is to maintain existing relationships, develop new ones, establish trust and generate leads.
And for most of the people involved, it doesn't cost anything! Any technology poses some risk but the benefits far outweigh the risk

I am so open to the concept however I just want to do it right to benefit in the long run. It's important to me to separate personal from business however I'm always open to prospecting. I do look forward to some direction in this website.
