I don't have time to determine the differences between contact management on sharper agent and the new pfr websites. If they are similar, we could eliminate sharper agent and cut our costs slightly. Any input?

The two tools are actually quite different. Sharper Agent is about e-marketing -- reaching out to your contacts and past customers with highly designed marketing peices. While the new websites are about providing a content rich tool for users to search for homes, learn more about you and real estate in general. Contact management in the websites is there to help you manage the inquiries and leads that will come through your website.

To answer your specific question, the contact management and emarketing tools on Sharper Agent are far more robust than with the new websites. The new websites have good contact management and some drip marketing tools. But the drip marketing content is limited. BrokerTec (the website developers) will be adding more content over time but at this point, Sharper Agent has far more marketing content. But the comparison is tough to make because the websites and Sharper Agent are two entirely different marketing tools.
