PFR Business Development is holding a one day session on Tuesday, December 2 (and alternatively on December 3) for our BD agents about understanding the demographics, technology habits and customer behavior of the Gen Y/millenial customer segments. Heavy focus will be on applying your own particular personality profile (which you fill out prior to the class and bring with you) to successfully working with these customers. It will be taught by Dr. Moss Jackson, who has done a lot of behavioral psychology work with PFR senior management for several years. Also speaking will be Raveej Sajja and Steve Storti about the "new techologies" that this forum has been discussing. As part of the registration, PFR marketing will do an assessment/critique of your personal website.
We have some additional spots available if members of this forum who are not on the BD team would like to attend. If you are working with the Gen Y crowd, this is an outstanding course that will give you a huge advantage in developing this business. The cost for the seminar is $100, and you can register on myezaccess (go to the "education" tab, and scroll down to "success 2009". If you are a PA agent that needs MCE credit, you can also obtain 7 1/2 hours for an extra $25.
The course will be held at Penns Landing Caterers (the old union hall) on Columbus Blvd in downtown Philadelphia from 8:30 am (prompt) to 5 pm. Lunch and parking will be included.
If you intend to come, please register by Monday afternoon, and be sure to take the personality profile prior to the class and bring it with you. Any questions, call Andy Bardach, VP Business Development, at 856 616 6063.
