It is quite simple to post any listing on Craig's list (and free!). You can look at http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/rea/ for formats of how listings are currently posted. You will need to create a free account to post this.

Thanks Rajeev. I will check in to it.

I've used Craigslist for most of my listings and have received a fair number of inquiries. Just make sure that when you post, you include all the details required by the RE Commission (name and address of broker, telephoe number, etc.). Craigslist is no different than any other form of advertising. Also, make sure that you post pictures ... you're allowed four of them. Be prepared for some unusual reponses. I've received several scam rplies from overseas.

Thanks Bill. I was hoping for some input from other agents to see if it works for them. One of my concerns were the unsual reponses. I will keep my eye out. Have a great weekend and thanks agains.

I have used it and it has brought traffic to our website. I also have asked my sellers to post on craigs list and give them a link of their listing to our website. It has been very usefull tool and has increased traffic to our website.

Look into Postit widget . It is usefull way to load your listing on Craig's list and stand out from other listings.

Thank you. Yes I placed my listing on Postlets. Great site. I have not at this time placed it on Craig's List but on FaceBook.

My suggestion to you on this is to have someone show you how to put your sellers on Craig's list so your sellers don't go ahead and put themselves on. You will have the control on it's "presentation". I would also like to know how to go about doing this. Does anyone have some direction here; thank you.

Hi Suzette, Postlets has a great program. Once you enter your listing on Postlets you then can place your listing on alot of different sites and Craig's List is one. I have not yet placed it on Craig's List. I do have it listed on Face Book and other sites. Postlets is easy to do. My selller told me to place her listing where I feel it should be. Hope this was of help to you.

I put every listing on postlets then upload the http link to craig's list - do not use your email address on craig's list - use the private one they provide and it eliminates most of the scam emails. We have had a lot of success with rentals to date, not so much with sales but we add them on anyway.

Linda, Thank you.

Just go onto postlets.com and create your ad. You can post on Craigslist from there.
