Caravan phone in

Given that we have used technology to make our open house requests more efficient I was thinking and not sure if anyone else thinks it may be a better system, but wouldn’t it be easier if we had a format to input the caravan requests, similar to how we now input open house requests. If there was a pre-formatted form that we could fill out prior to 7 PM on Sunday on easy access, it may eliminate the incorrectly spelled address and incorrect information being posted. - Just a thought.

Great Idea and it has been on our list to automate this year. We are planning for it to be done by Q3

Yes, Please! Then we could also print it out and not have to waste paper by printing too many for the office. Would be nice to be able to "check off" what we want to print--like the MLS Open Houses. More paper and ink saved.
