So decided to use a e-signature service and within a minute was able to upload the document, eSign and email a copy to all recipients . Besides…

The New iPad: What Does It Mean To Real Estate?

Earlier this month, Apple unveiled “The New iPad.”  Many americans (including me!) were anxiously looking forward to the UPS truck on March 16th as that was the first day orders were being delivered. Feeling less cloudy these days? - Polkast may be for you!

Cloud based services like Dropbox and Sugar Sync allow users to store their files in a digital filing cabinet on the Internet, their storage size is limited and one can quickly fill it up. With the increasing amount of digital data we create and collect — photos, documents, music, video and so on — the cost for most of us to store everything in a cloud storage service could get pretty high.  Besides most of us still use our personal computers as the primary storage for the bulk…

Inman NY 2012 Snapshot

I had the opportunity to attend Inman Real Estate Connect in NY last week. Besides meeting people you know in the industry and meeting new people (which is a highlight for me), I always look forward to finding an idea or two that can be brought back to share with our sales associates and company that would further help Technology be more of a business enabler. However, any time you attend these conferences that include new startup companies or mature ones that come back, you are usually…
